Wrote last time that Julius was going to have to wait for his LureCoursing license until spring. I was wrong.
Today we spent another lovely day at training and Julius got to run his last license trail. This time he ran with his brother Akilles and now Julius also has his LureCoursing license.
Next year 5 Illostras Angels will be seen on the LureCoursing tracks! Looking forward to it!

This saturday was spent at the Lurecoursingfield where Akilles finished his LC-licens as the 4th dog in our A-litter.
Julius ran his 2 first trails and will finish his license in spring next year.
Congratulations Josefin and Akilles! Can't wait until next years competitions.

This Saturday was spent in Borås and the Western LureCoursing sektions's annual Club Championship in briliant sunshine and summerwarmt despite the falldate of October 1 th.
9 Pharaoh hounds were entered. Illostras was represented by Henke, Pharin and Yagah in licenced class, Akilles and Julius in unlicensed class and their mother Luna in veteranclass.
First up was the Dogshow. Yagah was placed as BB 2, PharinBOB and HenkeBOS. Pharin shone all the way up to the first position in the BISlicensed dogs. Congratulations Lina, you 2 looked amazing as always!
In the unlicensed class Julius was placed BOB and Akilles BM 2. Amongs the beautiful veterans Luna was BOB and BIS 3.
How they were placed in the LC field we have not learned yet but Luna was BIF 2 amongs the veterans all breeds and she also won the specialprize of honour "Wise and Honorable" as the championships best veteran; LC and show together.

Today Lina Hultman took her sweet girl Pharin to a Lurecoursing trail in Kode just outside Gothenburg. She was placed second with 74,75 points. Congratulations!

This weekend we attended 2 shows in Norway.
Saturday 22 august, Oslo Int. 2+6
Yagah, our little prinsess, was placed BB-3 with R-CACIB and since the CACIB –winner already gained her International title we hope it will become Yagahs first CACIB.
Luna, our headstrong old lady was placed BB-4 and BOB Veteran.

This weekend we had our prinsess Yagah entered to 2 shows in Norway
Saturday she won BOB, CAC and made the cut in the group.

Today Lina Hultman has been away with her sweetie Pharin on their first Lurecoursing competion in Sweden. She ran very nice and ended up 2nd. Only 0,5 point after the winning dog.

This weekend we went to the Ljungbyhed and two shows.
At Saturday's Sighthoundspecial, we had Luna entered for judge was Carol Tipler, New Zeeland and17 Pharaoh hounds were shown.
Luna was placed BOB veteran and BestBitch-4 later in the finals judge Rose Mary Lewis, England, placed Luna as her BIS-4 veteran.
On Sunday we had our breedspecial. "Lilla Specialen". 26 dogs were shown for specialist EliMari Klepp.
First out were our boysin Openclass. Tito , Exc, CK. Julius and Henke both VG. Tito was later place as BestMale-4
Thank you Simon Tien Hansen for showing our crazy boy Julius, I know he's not easy! You did a great job!
And then it was our girls turn also in Openclass. Yagah, was placed 1, Exc, CK, Pharin 3, Exc.
Later Yagah to our happiness was placed as BestBitch-2 with CC. Our old lady Luna BB-3 and later won BOS veteran.
Luna and her offspring won BISProgencygroup!
A big thank you to Lisa Barkeskog for showing our head-strong girl Luna in BB and later in Faouziah's breeders group! You did a superjob! And thank you Anna Larsson for showing Luna in her progencygroup! You alwas make her look so good!

Saturday Tito, Illostras Angel In Motion, was BOS with CC at a Nat. all breed show, in Norway! Judge was breed specialist Mrs. Annette Bystrup, Denmark. Thank you!

First show of the year. Sighthound special in Gothenburg. Julius had to stay home, he had apparently eaten something that did not get on so well with his stomach, hoping he is feeling better for tomorrow show.
Probably the pigears I bought for them yesterday...
